1612 Sumner Ave
Built in 1931 and located in Historic East Nashville, 1612 Sumner Avenue was untouched, as the sellers had been in the home for more than 65 years. Expanded from 1400 square feet to approximately 3,000 square feet, energy efficiency and design crafted for a family were the goals when renovating this project.
